It was important for the brand to strike the balance of communicating a sense of established authority with approachability. We created an open look and tone for the FiveWays. We facilitated a new photoshoot of their staff to support this new relaxed but confident appearance.
Key to the new responsive website was our information architecture and the customer journey that we developed through to call to action. We breakdown the information so people can get to the information they need quickly, however, the deeper and more information hungry they are the more we show.
