Brand ambassador Christine took part in a photoshot and Q&A session. We utilised these assets to create an engaging digital journey that stayed true to Soft & Gentle’s brand identity. This included a microsite, digital advertising and social management.
We were able to capitalise on Christine’s celebrity status and her association with Soft & Gentle to run a series of digital adverts. These were served as animated GIFs and drove a 20% increase of traffic to our website with a 1.0% CTR.
Throughout the three month long campaign, we executed three different themes online and socially. We explored beauty, health and fashion engaging with our audience daily and sharing knowledge within our blogs and social posts.
