What is SEO and what can it be used for? 

SEO stands for “search engine optimization.” It is the marketing process focused on getting traffic from the “free,” “organic,” “editorial” or “natural” search engine results. All major search engines such as Google, Bing and Yahoo have primary search results, where web pages and other content are shown and ranked based on what the search engine considers most relevant to its users. SEO can be utilised for many reasons, but is mainly used to improve rankings, drive traffic and increase awareness in search engines through both technical and creative elements. In addition, it is a great way of increasing the quality of websites by making them user-friendly, faster and easier to navigate.
